My true passion lies in being creative. Fitness and nutrition are very important to me, for I know what it’s like to be unhealthy, unhappy, and unbalanced. That being said, I’ve really tried to step it up and gain full health in all forms: body/mind/spirit. I am involved in curing myself through homeopathy, regular visits to the chiropractor, eating clean, and exercising as part of a well-balance life.

More about ART:

I really developed my love for art as a young teenager. My mom was a huge inspiration and I acquired her collection of oil paints at the age of 14. In 2002, I attended college at the University at Buffalo with a portfolio scholarship in studio art. I transferred to Buffalo State College for one year, with plans to go into art education. As most young adults do, I changed my mind again and returned to the University at Buffalo where I obtained my BA in studio art with a painting concentration.

After college, I was a tattoo apprentice for two years. There, I learned the skills of tattoo application, and fine line drawing. In addition, I got involved in the local community by doing custom artwork for businesses and private clients. I have displayed art in many gallery settings in the Buffalo area and have participated in events such as the Lewiston Jazz/Art Festival, The Music is Art Festivals at the Albright Knox Art Gallery (annually), Lewiston Music-store displays, and The Main Street Music Studio-store displays, owned and operated art gallery.

Music is an immense inspiration to me; I find it to be the “sounds” that conjure the “sights,” so it’s no surprise that I have incorporated it in many of my works.
